In order to minimise machine downtime and problems associated with wear and tear of machine elements or repeated use of FEDEGARI process equipment, STERIGENE has developed several additional technical services that enable better routine use of production machines:
- Autoclave training: we train your operators on the use, options and basic knowledge related to FEDEGARI autoclaves. A course certificate is issued at the end of STERIGENE training;
- Updating the control system: we ensure that you always have the latest version of the THEMA 4 control system installed on your equipment;
- Qualification of process equipment: we manage all your equipment calibrations, performance qualification, installation qualification, operational qualification and capitalisable FAT / SAT.
