It is from the concept of “Producing sterile”, an idea by Mr. Dominique Weill*, that STERIGENE was born in 1986 in Nanterre. At its inception, the company had 3 employees and had FEDEGARI as its main partner. FEDEGARI is a process equipment manufacturer specialising in pharmaceutical sterilisation. Shortly afterwards, a partnership agreement was signed with STILMAS for the supply of pure fluids production equipment.
The STERIGENE teams then maintained a close and high-quality relationship with pharmaceutical laboratories and other industries, developping an offer adapted to pharmaceutical, cosmetic or even biotechnological production processes.

- Optrel automatic / semiautomatic visual inspection or mirage
Project and engineering
Whether large turnkey projects or standard process equipment installations, our teams are at the ready to offer a set of solutions and services in line with your requirements.
STERIGENE can give life to your project thanks to our skills in combining local expertise and services. A few examples :
- Putting in place framework agreements with the supply of autoclaves: consistency and rationalisation of design, shared operating prodcedures, standardised validation protocols.
- A support contract for the entire service life of process equipment: transfer of competency through training sessions, servicing and maintenance contract oriented objectives and improvement, maintenance engineering & improvement.
- Study, installation and validation of projects for sterilisation, washing and production of pure fluids.
- Integration of tools and products: sterilisation processes, production, storage and distribution of WFI water).

Faced with growing success, this engineering company for clean and sterile processes, directed by Arnaud BRUSSON, gradually expanded its offer of technical services, predictive preventive and corrective maintenance, revamping of process equipment, validation qualification, spare parts, after sales service contracts, autoclave training, pure fluids training etc …
Cleanroom cleaning and decontamination
In 2005, STERIGENE developped a new department – business unit – focused on consumables, small equipment and furniture for cleanrooms. In 10 years, these new products have become increasingly important, and have transformed STERIGENE into a key player in the cleanroom cleaning and decontamination.
