The STERIGENE range of ultra-clean packaging includes different types of cleanroom packaging to meet all of your needs:
1. Peelable bags and tube films : Composed of a breathable Tyvek® side and a flexible polyester front, this ultra-clean autoclavable packaging is equipped with a sterilisation validity indicator label. Very easy to use, the peelable tube films and bags are available in solderable and self-adhesive versions.
2. Non-peelable tube films and bags : This ultraclean packaging is composed of a Tyvek ® front and another side in polyethylene. The non-peelable tube films and bags are intended for autoclaving. They have a sterilisation validity indicator label and exist in a solderable version.
3. Autoclavable mini closures and covers : This cleanroom packaging is a fast and practical solution for ultra-clean packaging before sterilisation by autoclave. It offers perfect steam penetration, and dries out during sterilisation. The mini closures and covers are available in Tyvek® and in a nonwoven version. Suitable for very small loads (mm) and very large loads (m), this ultra-clean packaging can cover your laboratory glassware, valves and pipes used in pharmaceutical, cosmetic, or biotechnological production.
4. Cleanroom pallet covers : this ultra-clean packaging enables the protection, preservation and transport of large loads.These devices prevent particle obscuration and other kinds of dust infiltration.

Each of our products has been designed to meet both simple and advanced needs in ultra-clean packaging for your business. Our tube films, bags, covers and mini closures for cleanrooms offer a high microbial barrier that is compliant with the regulations of the various pharmacopoeias.
Comprised mostly of Tyvek®, a very resistant material, our ultra-clean packaging is extremely strong and has good resistance to tears and perforations. We can also provide ultra-clean sterile packaging or ultra-clean non-sterile packaging as needed.
