For each process equipment order, whether for a saturated steam autoclave, pure fluid production equipment or a pharmaceutical washer, etc., STERIGENE offers a FAT / SAT service.
FAT (Factory Acceptance Test): These acceptance tests take place in the factory of the process equipment manufacturer. The FAT protocols:

Test the control system and its components;

Check the manufacturing of the machine : software installation, assembly components and system configuration;

Verify that the process equipment and its performance comply with the purchasing specifications at the time of order;

Analyse the process equipment technical documentation supplied with the machine so as to ensure consistency with the installed components.
SAT (Site Acceptance Test): This site acceptance tests take place after the full installation and final configuration of the process equipment at the customer site. The SAT is intended to show that the machine is well installed on its future production site with a new series of tests, checks and IQ / OQ qualifications.

STERIGENE also offers capitalisable FAT / SAT. This technical service makes the FAT compliant tests capitalisable for the SAT and the SAT compliant tests capitasable for the IQ/OQ qualifications.
STERIGENE capitalisable FAT / SAT will reduce the downtime of your process equipment, and means that the machine can be used straight after installation on site because of the more specific testing and faster IQ / OQ qualifications.
