FILLING FOR SYRINGES AND VIALS (NEST)

Disposable syringes have quickly become a pharmaceutical application format that guarantees safety, hygiene and dosing accuracy in the application of medical injections.

The SFL / D syringe machine enables pharmaceutical filling and closing of disposable syringes, vials and ampoules in nest. The syringes are already sterile when supplied, and are ready for filling trays known as "Nest."With this working concept, washing and sterilisation are not necessary.

All these parameters are set automatically and are linked to each of the different formats of syringe, vial or ampoule being produced.You can reselect the recipes from the control panel and automatically restore the production parameters.The user can create new recipes quickly and easily.
