Cleanroom cleaning fabrics
Our range of clean room fabrics is made up of fabrics made from ultra-clean fibers using a specific process. This control of fiber contamination makes it possible to optimize the manufacturing of cleaning fabrics in terms of cleanliness and costs.
In order to meet the needs of our customers in their cleanroom contamination control strategy, we have developed a varied range of cleanroom fabrics:
- Hand format or floor format, with different possible dimensions
- Type of fabric: From single ply to double ply, including polyester microfiber or polyester cellulose, the fabrics chosen by STERIGENE adapt to your processes.
- Composition: Polyester, viscose, cellulose, nylon, so many materials with absorption properties that will meet your needs
- Welds: With standard or wide edges, welds can be straight cuts, laser or ultrasound.
- Manufacturing: Our fabrics meet different weights and different levels of cleanliness in order to adapt to all circumstances.
- Some of our fabrics are available in sterile SAL 10-6 versions
Clean room fabrics in hand formats
Our hand-sized cleanroom fabrics are very versatile cleaning fabrics. They are intended for general wiping in clean rooms and for cleaning the inside of tools or other equipment in production areas. Combined with disinfection solutions, our cleaning fabrics are a central element of contamination control strategies.
Our cleanroom fabrics generate very few particles or fibers and have excellent resistance to chemicals. They are compatible with most solvents.
Multiple finishes make it possible to cover a maximum of needs for wiping in clean rooms depending on your surfaces to be cleaned, your areas of activity or even the classification level of your clean rooms.
Clean room fabrics floor formats
To control contamination in your clean rooms, biocleaning of floors (including particle decontamination and disinfection) requires fabrics adapted to your process.
Available in multiple sizes and compatible with cleaning accessories, these fabrics are a wiping solution in clean rooms with high absorption capacity and very low particle release.
These floor-size cleaning fabrics have excellent performance in the presence of solvents and very good resistance to abrasion.
