Contenu

Organize, start and close your production
  • Adjustment and control points, preliminary checks (products and equipment), safety rules.
  • Activities during production: supply of components, monitoring, controls
  • The production report: reconciliation and performance
  • Production and control of line/chain vacuum
  • Production changes (format, presentation, batch)
Make the link between the operation of the equipment, the product and the process
  • Primary and external packaging equipment (operation, safety and quality risk)
  • Packaging items and associated controls
  • Product and packaging item flows
  • Serialization and aggregation
Identify quality issues related to packaging
  • Quality risks linked to packaging (cross-contamination, marking error, etc.)
  • Traceability of production operations: information on the batch file and the logbook
  • Controls (process, IPC) and management of anomalies
  • The production incident: conduct to follow, documents to provide (anomaly sheet, logbook, etc.)
