Organize, start and close your production
- Adjustment and control points, preliminary checks (products and equipment), safety rules.
- Activities during production: supply of components, monitoring, controls
- The production report: reconciliation and performance
- Production and control of line/chain vacuum
- Production changes (format, presentation, batch)
- Primary and external packaging equipment (operation, safety and quality risk)
- Packaging items and associated controls
- Product and packaging item flows
- Serialization and aggregation
- Quality risks linked to packaging (cross-contamination, marking error, etc.)
- Traceability of production operations: information on the batch file and the logbook
- Controls (process, IPC) and management of anomalies
- The production incident: conduct to follow, documents to provide (anomaly sheet, logbook, etc.)
