Understand the different regulations related to mirage Identify the advantages of different manual and semi-automatic candling equipment

Be able to create a range of relevant authorization
  • Establish a risk analysis linked to the production process
  • Choice of defects in relation to risk analysis
  • Calculation of probabilities of defect rejection rates
  • Registration of the range in a quality system
Staff authorization method
  • Practical training by adapting gestures and observation methods according to the different products
  • Passage of the authorization ranges
  • Registration of authorizations & rehabilitations
  • Management of non-compliant results during different authorizations
  • Measuring the impact of personnel on the quality of the mirage
Quality monitoring
  • Implementation and analysis of trend monitoring
  • Statistical checks with interpretation of results
  • Management of non-compliance
