  • Safety and control loops
Identify the technological elements of automated equipment and understand their roles
  • Pneumatics
  • Electricity
  • The mecanic
  • The sensors
Identify the main self-maintenance operations to be carried out on automated equipment
  • Cleaning and lubrication operations
  • Sensor checks and adjustments
  • Part positioning checks
  • Checks for wear of parts and operating noises
Communicate with technical services and trace technical interventions
  • The importance of vocabulary in exchanges with technical services
  • Documents related to the traceability of technical actions
  • Concept of availability of equipment
