STILMAS vapour compression stills produce distilled water meeting the purity requirements of water for injection satisfying all recommendations of various international pharmacopoeias (USP in force, DAB, BSP, JP, PF) as well as the European pharmacopoeia.

  • otally empty and smooth evaporation column with a large diameter ensuring a low rate of climb and the absence of vessicle generation by simple gravity.

  • Two plate, tubular heat exchanger (DTS), preheater / condenser.

  • Continuous pump purging of the concentrates, avoiding thermal imbalances and configurable according to the amount of water supplied.

  • Control panel (for all models from 350 to 10,000 l / h) SIEMENS PLC (other types optional)

  • Production of distillate from hot standby within 7 minutes: tank level or weekly programmer

  • Orbital welding (TIG).Gaskets: Teflon / silicone. Connections: triclover clamps / flanges.

  • NB: semi-automatic laboratory models from 50 to 225 l/h, with preheating and standby according to programmer and conductivity.

  • The evaporator is made out of, close, short tubes with small diameters in order to ensure maximum efficiency of heat exchange and seamless (swaging on the tubesheet).

  • Perfect outgassing of non-condensable gases but also CO2, O2, CH4 ... to the atmosphere by direct expansion, expansion and mixing related to the pressure differences between the chamber / condenser.

  • AISI 316L mirror polished stainless steel plate heat exchanger (single or twin (optional)) cooling the WFI water and preheating the feed water.

  • Concentrate energy recovery preheating the feed water.

  • TWO separate automatic valves, connected to the conductivity meter discard the distillate either (if pure) via the production or (if non compliant) towards the drain..
