The SX-210-PP is a combined filler and / or crimper designed for use in. the pharmarceutical or cosmetic industries., for automatic packaging of any type of liquid, semi-solid or powder, in a sterile area or clean room, with vials and cylindrical bottles in glass, plastic or even metal.
The. filling station. may be provided with SpeedFill peristaltic pumps for liquid products, or volumetric doser for semisolids or powders.
Filling recipes are stored and can be implemented from the control panel. Parameters such as the volume to be measured out, or the filling process kinematic, are stored in the system's memory. An operator can create new filling recipes quickly and easily.
The pick & place station places the stopper at the right height on the vial, be it a stopper for injectables or for lyophilisation.
The stopper handling is carried out under vacuum. The sealing station is equipped with a pneumatic crimping head, which allows for .minimal particulate generation. during the crimping process.
