STERIGENE has restructured its Maintenance & after sales service department GENITEC to meet the needs of its clients, pharmaceutical laboratories. Organised by geographical area, this reorganisation places more emphasis on customer service. GENITEC can now offer a single interface according to your area for all your service needs.

GENITEC’s new structure is based on two major distinct areas that will allow STERIGENE, leader in the engineering of sterile processes, to be closer to its customers and be more efficient.
The technical services and customised contracts activities – maintenance “à la carte”, process optimisation, revamping, spare parts supplies, qualification, validation and training – are now integrated within GENItec NORTH and GENItec SOUTH.
